SVP Current Programming, Telepictures at Warner Bros. Television Group

Lauren Blincoe serves as senior vice president, current programming, for Telepictures, a division of Warner Bros. Unscripted Television. Under her guidance, Telepictures remains one of the largest suppliers of first-run syndication, daytime and unscripted programming, providing nearly 400 hours of television annually across multiple genres. She is responsible for the creative execution and production of Telepictures’ slate of shows in close collaboration with the leadership across the distribution, affiliate relations, marketing, publicity, branded integrations and research teams. 

Together with Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony winner Jennifer Hudson, she launched The Jennifer Hudson Show, which is currently in its second season and received six Emmy nominations in its inaugural season, including Outstanding Daytime Talk Series. She also oversees Extra, the venerable entertainment news program celebrating its 30th season this year, which continues to deliver breaking pop culture news like no other. 

As a 24-year veteran of Warner Bros., Blincoe initially joined Telepictures with an overall deal, developing and producing a variety of projects, and eventually moved over to the executive ranks as vice president, programming and development. Throughout her tenure, she has identified talent and new opportunities while developing, launching, and managing successful first-run syndication or cable series such as The People’s Court, TMZ, TMZ Live, The Real,  Judge Mathis, Lopez Tonight (TBS), Candidly Nicole (VH1), and the MADtv revival (The CW). Blincoe has earned three Emmy Awards for her work as supervising producer of The Rosie O’Donnell Show and senior supervising producer of The Tyra Banks Show.

Blincoe is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in communication arts – radio, television, and film. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and 15-year-old twins.
